We offer the following empowerment workshops, seminars,theme parties and events:

Career Development Workshops: These workshops are designed to prepare individuals for the world of work.  The recipients are equipped with the essential tools to obtain and maintain gainful employment through discussions, skits, mock interviews and role play.  

Personal Development Workshops-These workshops are designed to help women to discover and fulfill their life purpose.  These workshops promote and foster a healthy positive sense of self.  Women will discover their unique gifts, talents, and abilities which will be very instrumental in uprooting defeating negative self images and their adverse affects.  

Image Enhancement- These workshops offer women the fashion knowledge to skillfully look their best at all times by knowing the right colors to wear based on their skin tone, eye and hair color.  The recipients will be able to identify their own personal style while learning about the clothing that best flatter their individual figures as well as the right accessories for their body and facial shape.  Mini makeovers are available.

Stress Expulsion/Pampering Workshops- This workshop is designed to help individuals manage and reduce stress by helping them to alleviate their stressors by gaining adequate coping skills to deal with such issues as family, finances, work, relationships, feelings of helplessness and hopelessness, or lack of emotional support, housing concerns, not being able to achieve their goals, and lack of information (which are known stressors).  Participants learn relaxation and pampering techniques that will replenish and rejuvenate their body, mind, and spirit.  They gain the necessary knowledge of essential pampering products and tools to create the ultimate relaxation and pampering experience at home

Relationship Enrichment Seminars & Workshops-  Our relationship enrichment seminars and workshops are designed to help individuals cultivate healthy relationships using skits, discussions, and role play.  

Economic Empowerment Workshops- These workshops are designed to teach individuals essential money management practices.        

Organizational Communication & Leadership Development Training- We also offer training workshops for staff in the area of human relations which comprises of diversity & compliance, sensitivity training, effective communication, conflict & dispute resolution, customer service/public relations.
