Renee M. Clerk also known as "Lady Renee," is an Anointed woman of God and she ministers in the Prophetic. She is the Founder and CEO of Women Destined For Greatness, Inc., which is a faith-based and community organization.
 
Her mission is to help women to soar through living a purpose centered life. This is accomplished through a variety of empowerment workshops, seminars, and horizon expanding theme parties and events. She uses biblical principles to motivate, inspire, and encourage women to be the best they can be. She is widely known for her skillfulness in the word of prayer.
 
Renee  has a vast library under the direction and instruction of the Holy Spirit, she has formed Purposeful Living CD/DVD Club in which members receive 12 CD's annually, one every month that will inspire and equip them to live functional, productive, enriching, and fulfilling lives. She is committed and passionate about helping women to be the best they can be. She collaborates with organizations, institutions, and agencies that work with women who are in transition from domestic violence, homelessness, or teen mother & child organizations.  She feels compelled to challenge and lead women in discovering and fulfilling their purpose in life. She believes that once you know your purpose you tend to make wise choices because your purpose gives you a clear sense of direction.
 
Renee M. Clerk is also very passionate about teaching others how to cultivate healthy relationships. She has a wealth of knowledge and insight as a direct result of some of the things she's encountered on her journey.

About Steven T. James
 
Steven’s professional experience over the past ten years includes; establishing and managing a human resources department, directing career education and employee relations training, and consulting on organizational development for non-profit youth organizations.  Steven has earned a MS in Human Resources Management, at the New School University as well as an MS Ed in Counseling and Personnel Services from Fordham University. 
 
Currently, he is facilitating professional development and employee relations programs at The City University of New York.  His future plans include pursuing a M. Div degree at New York Theological Seminary, in the area of Pastoral Counseling, and to pursue licensure in Marriage and Family Counseling at the Blanton Peale Institute.  Steven also intends to earn his Psy D. in Organizational Psychology at Rutgers University, with a Psy M. in Community Psychology.
 
Through motivational speaking, teaching and counseling, Steven seeks to help others to advance and grow.  Steven facilitates free educational seminars, workshops, and groups designed to empower participants to;
 
·        Determine and pursue their individual purpose.
·        Discover and utilize resources towards the fulfillment of that
          purpose.
·        Recognize concealed options in order to overcome
          limitations.
·        Make informed choices and decisions.
·        Be successful in all areas of life.
    
Steven James successfully transitioned from a life long career of entry level, low wage under-employment into professional, independent employment.  He is a living testimony of how an individual can advance from having limited choices in employment, to realizing multiple options as an employer.  It is with this testimony that Steven seeks to reach audiences via non-profit institutions throughout the New York City area with the message that success and prosperity is achievable for all who are willing to step out.
 
By presenting this workshop on: “Youth Empowerment: Essentials for Success” I wish to provide guidance to adults and youth.  These 1 ½ hour workshops are designed to benefit those who wish to be strategic in their employment and educational pursuits.  Youth and adults who are serious about pursuing a future with a purpose, will find these helpful in their career planning making process.
