Women Destined For Greatness Inc, was founded in 2006 by Renee M. Clerk, AKA "Lady Renee", based on her desire to help others who find themselves where she has been.  She feels compelled to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals she encounters.

We are a faith-based, for profit organization.  Our mission is to help women to discover their life's purpose and thereby live a functional, productive, enriching and fulfilling life.
This is accomplished through an array of empowerment workshops, seminars, and horizon expanding theme parties and events.

Our workshops cater to the total woman, spirit, soul and body.  We work from the inside out for lasting change.

We seek to collaborate with organizations, institutions and agencies that work with women or teen mothers who are in transition from domestic violence, homelessness, welfare to college/work, group homes, and from prison back into society.  We understand that they have to be built up on the inside before they can be expected to forge ahead successfully.

Our workshops, seminars and theme parties and events are designed to assist them in developing a healthy self-esteem, make wise relationship choices, manage their finances, preparing them for the world of work, and providing some tools that will greatly be of value to them as they make their transition.  They will emerge as women with new vision, passion and zest for life along with the ability to not just survive but to thrive.

We also offer training workshops for staff in the area of human relations which comprises of diversity & compliance, sensitivity training, effective communication, conflict & dispute resolution, customer service/public relations.
